For over 20 years, Phillip Yancey has served as a reliable expert in the fields of information technology and industrial wireless. A native of Panama City, Florida, Phillip obtained his associate degree from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Orlando. Early roles as a computer technician and small business network technician laid the groundwork for his current leadership position as Sales and Support Manager at BCI Technologies.

Instrumental in modernizing industrial communications, Phillip has directly aided customers, engineers, and consultants in the planning, development, and deployment of telemetry systems. Covering the Southeast region, he has gained unique insights into the varying challenges and standards that affect the success of modern telemetry systems. His recent achievement of driving 30% year-over-year growth was recognized with a prestigious sales award, highlighting his exceptional impact and dedication.

As a Sales and Support Manager, I create and maintain customer relationships while performing market, industry, and product analysis. Keeping up with industry trends and staying connected to legacy ones helps me remain relevant and thought-provoking.


Having strong values and goals enables me to provide customer success and loyalty that is mutually sustainable and efficient for customers and business partnerships.
